I’m Boglárka Csia, a freelance graphic designer based in Budapest. I work across branding, mixed media, UI design and book design, and I’m always open to exploring different kinds of projects.

Playful and experimental by nature, I enjoy trying new things and shaping each project around a strong concept, rather than simply following trends. My process is always adapted to the client’s needs, with room for exploration and creative risk-taking.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from MOME Budapest, where I’m now continuing my MA studies. Before focusing on freelancing in the past two years, I spent three and a half years at a multinational company, gaining valuable experience in delivering design at scale.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about music, film, travel and the outdoors — and I often find myself making art even in my free time.

Brand Design

I help create or refresh brands by developing a visual style that fits their values and personality. This can mean starting from scratch, or fine-tuning what’s already there so it feels more consistent and authentic.

Motion Design

Animated and time-based visuals that tell a story or explain an idea — from subtle movements in a logo to full short-form animations. Motion is used to add depth, rhythm, and clarity, making the message more memorable.

Creative Visuals

Posters, publications, visual campaigns, exhibition materials — anything that communicates through strong imagery and clear design. I work to find the right visual tone for each project, whether it’s bold and attention-grabbing or quiet and understated.

Packaging

Designing the way a product is presented and experienced — from the structure and materials to the graphics and typography. Each element works together to reflect the brand and connect with the customer.

Illustration

Custom-made illustrations, either hand-drawn or digital, that add character, style, or a unique perspective to a project.

UI Design

Designing the visual layer of websites and apps so they feel intuitive, consistent, and easy to navigate — while reflecting the brand’s identity.

Mixed media & motion

Projects that combine different mediums — image, typography, sound, data, or film — to create distinctive and sometimes experimental results.
