PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This branding was created for Estoril, a real estate development company, and its sub-brand FésűsPark. The goal was to build a clear brand hierarchy where a strong parent identity supports distinct residential projects. Estoril communicates stability and long-term value through a deep blue visual language, while FésűsPark introduces a lighter, more welcoming tone within the same system. Shared typography, colors, and structural rules ensure consistency, while subtle variations allow each project to maintain its own character.
